4 Girls And A Bottle will be giving their honest opinions as well as rating a variety of products (1-10), anything from our favorite thing...wine to recipes. As our name says, we love us a good bottle of wine. Some of us like it sweet, while other's like theirs dry. Either way, we've been to enough wine tasting events, wineries, and consumed enough wine, to know good wine when we taste it. So, take our advice on everything that we review, but, most importantly on wine. We'll inform you of the color, alcohol level, aroma, and taste.
Product Review #1 - (Gabbiano Chianti Wine) - Year: 2015; Wine: Red; Location: Italy; Price: $13.99; Alcohol Content: 13%
4GAAB gave Gabbiano Chianti Wine an overall combined score of a "6.25" Gabbiano Chianti Wine is produced by a thicker skinned grape, due to its lack of transparency. It is a dry yet smooth wine that has a spiced plum, blackberry, floral taste. The wine is an older wine due to the lighter color of the wine. There was a pretty significant number of legs on the glass, meaning that the alcohol content is around the 13% mark. Overall, the wine was strong and bold, yet dry and smooth and would pair well with a pasta with red tomato sauce.
